Accused Teen Arsonist Denied Bail

ENFIELD, Conn. (AP) _ A judge has denied a reduced bail request for aConnecticut teenager accused of setting five arson fires.
Davidson Izzo lives near vacant buildings in Enfield that have been set ablazeat least eight times since August 2014.
The defense last month asked a Hartford Superior Court judge to reduce the17-year-old Izzo’s bail, saying it was unreasonably high and that prosecutors donot have solid evidence.
The Hartford Courant reports the judge denied the request Monday.
