2 suspects arrested in 2012 deadly shooting in Stamford

STAMFORD – Two suspects have been arrested and charged with murder in the 2012 fatal shooting of a Stamford man, Stamford Police said this morning. 23-year-old Randy Francis of Sterling Place in Stamford and 22-year-old Glachan “Lou” Charlestin of Marion Street in Bridgeport were arrested overnight.
