Zoning board: Six University District houses would stay with Pavey Square plan

Six century-old houses along North High Street must remain for developers of the controversial View on Pavey Square project to make their plan a reality. The Columbus Board of Zoning Adjustment voted 3-0 Tuesday to approve a zoning variance involving building setbacks for the project at 2273 N. High St. in the University District, north of Lane Avenue.
