Youth orchestra to premiere Will Rand piece

Guest conductor Manuel LA3pez-GA3mez joins the Toledo Symphony in concert at 8 p.m. Friday and Saturday at the Peristyle. San Francisco Conservatory pianist William Wellborn presents a free recital at 3 p.m. Sunday in the UT Center for Performing Arts Recital Hall.
