A wrong-way driver who crashed head-on into another vehicle on I-70 in Madison County and killed a Columbus woman was sentenced on Tuesday to five years in prison and a lifetime driving ban. Mattison Skoog, 24, of Santa Clara Drive on the East Side, pleaded guilty last month to aggravated vehicular homicide, a second-degree felony, and one count of vehicular assault, a fourth-degree felony.
