Wright-Patterson security responding to hospital on report of active shooter

DAYTON, Ohio — Security forces and other emergency responders have been called to the hospital at Wright Patterson Air Force Base.The Wright-Patterson Air Force Base stated via Twitter that they were responding to "a reported Active Shooter incident" at about 12:40 p.m. Thursday.At approximately 12:40 p.m., base emergency responders (security forces, fire department) responded to a reported Active Shooter incident at the base hospital.Base personnel have been directed to shelter in place u
