Wrecks, flooding prevalent after storm hits central Ohio

A storm that blew through central Ohio tonight has caused problems with flooding, wrecks and fallen trees. Columbus police currently are at the scene of a crash involving a tractor-trailer that has closed westbound I-70 near James Road. There were radio reports that a person was critically injured and that the truck cab is hanging over the bridge. There's also a flash-flood warning that's been issued for Franklin, Delaware and Union counties until 10:45 p.m., the National Weather Service reports
