Would EPA rule change destroy auto racing in Ohio?

A proposed change in a federal clean-air rule about standard vehicles converted for racing could put the brakes on part of Ohio's economy, Attorney General Mike DeWine said. DeWine is gearing up for a fight with the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency over a proposed change to vehicle-emission and fuel-efficiency standards.
