Worthington students' relocation angers parents

Some Worthington parents are irate about their school district's decision to move a group of special-needs students from one elementary school to another to ease crowding. Worthington Estates Elementary houses the Specialized Learning Center, a special K-6 program for students with developmental disabilities.
