Woman killed by falling tree branch at Hocking Hills State Park

HOCKING HILLS, Ohio - The Ohio Department of Natural Resources says a woman was killed at Old Man’s Cave in Hocking Hills on Monday.ODNR says 44-year-old Victoria Schafer of Chillicothe was killed by a falling tree branch while on the stairs near the cave.ODNR, Hocking County EMS and Laurelville Fire Department responded to the scene at about 5:30 p.m.This is the third death in the Hocking Hills area since June.The body of 55-year-old Dana M.
