Woman found dead in Delaware Co. crash may have crashed weeks before vehicle was found

DELAWARE COUNTY --The Ohio State Highway Patrol said a 27-year-old woman was killed in a single-vehicle crash in Delaware County.The crash happened Thursday morning on Interstate 71, near mile post 134, in Kingston Township.Authorities said the vehicle traveled off the east side of the road and struck a tree and fence before coming to a rest in a corn field.The occupant, identified as Chelsea Dowler from Springfield, Ohio, was pronounced dead at the scene.Lt.
