Woman charged with stealing from Reagan Tokes fund indicted

COLUMBUS -- The woman accused of stealing money from a fund named after murdered Ohio State student Reagan Tokes faced a judge again Friday.Marsha Ellen Frazier says she was "tricked" into cashing a bogus check by someone she knew.
