With Graham out, Kasich hopes to gain McCain’s support

Ohio Gov. John Kasich is trying to lure support from John McCain, now that the Arizona senator’s favorite has dropped out of the GOP presidential race. Politics is often about the quick and the dead, and campaigns for Kasich and other presidential candidates were quick to swoop in when South Carolina Sen. Lindsey Graham’s presidential dreams died Monday. Both the Kasich campaign and the super-PAC backing him announced names of Graham supporters joining their teams within a couple of
