Winter system with sleet, heavy snow still on track to hit Central Ohio this weekend

After a brief warm-up, some big changes are headed our way starting Friday. Another weather system is expected to move through the heart of the area as we start the weekend.This will bring the possibility of rain, a rain/snow mix, sleet, a little freezing rain and eventually snow by the end of the day on Friday.Right now, the timing of all this is Friday morning through Saturday morning. It looks like the changeover from rain to a wintry mix with sleet and ice will occur sometime between 1 p.m.
