Whitehall police ID man found hanging at playground

Whitehall police have identified the Reynoldsburg man who hanged himself Monday on an elementary school playground. Mark A. Meacham, 55, who lived in the 300 block of Cheyenne Way, was found hanging from the swing set at Beechwood Elementary School at about 6:45 a.m., according to a police report.
