Whitehall mayor: Government shutdown would hurt city

The mayor of Whitehall had a simple message to Congress: Don’t shut down the government. “This would hurt my city,” Kim Maggard said today, standing outside the Defense Supply Center Columbus, where 50 workers were furloughed during the 2013 federal shutdown.
