Saturday, dozens of volunteers prepared for day two of Hope Over Heroin. The outdoor event is held at Dodge Park in Downtown Columbus.It is a collaborative ministry where pastors and churches come together to offer encouragement and resources to assist drug addicts.One of the key organizers is Joey Moats.
