Columbus is on the brink of making the first of many changes designed to relieve parking pressure in the Short North. But when the Columbus Development Commission met on Dec. 8 to discuss one of Columbus' hottest topics in recent years, the chairman took no comments from the 40 to 50 people who gathered there, then voted to recommend zoning changes. That decision angered many who had come to speak.
