DELAWARE, Ohio -- A bicyclist is dead after being struck by a car early Tuesday morning in Delaware County.The fatal crash happened at approximately 6:23 a.m. on US 36/ SR 37 near North Old State Road in Berlin Township, according to the Delaware Post of the Ohio State Highway Patrol.OSHP says 39-year-old Michael A.
