Westerville man gets 7 years for causing fatal wreck while high on inhalant

LONDON, Ohio -- A Westerville man who killed a decorated Army veteran in January after admitting to huffing on canned air while driving recklessly in Madison County was sentenced to seven years in prison this morning by a judge who called him a "bomb waiting to go off." Thomas Farley, 27, admitted to aggravated vehicular homicide and vehicular assault in the death of Carlos Martinez, a 26-year veteran who worked in ordnance disposal in the Middle East.
