West Side man charged with arson in massive warehouse fire

Authorities have charged a man with setting the fire that left a West Side warehouse in smoldering ruins early today. Robin W. Toms, 30, of the 3000 block of Jersey Drive, is charged with aggravated arson in connection with the blaze, which prompted two nearby schools to close and threw flames high enough into the pre-dawn sky that the blaze could be seen for miles.
