West Liberty foster care facility faces license revocation

Investigators from the Ohio's Department of Jobs and Family Services licensure board have requested Adriel Foster of West Libery be shut down, after an investigation found that staff had neglected or abused children in their care.The allegations date back as far as January 2016.
