Wendy’s hires Kellogg exec as new CFO

DUBLIN — Wendy’s has named Gunther Plosch, 48, the Dublin-based burger chain's chief financial officer effective next month. Current CFO Todd Penegor will become CEO, replacing Emil Brolick, who plans to retire at the end of May.
