Wendy’s expands board to 11 seats, names 2 members

Wendy’s last week reconfigured its board of directors, expanding it from 10 to 11 seats. The Dublin-based burger chain also announced that Ed Garden resigned from his seat; and the board elected Dennis Kass and Matthew Peltz to fill the new and the vacated seats.
