'Weakness arouses evil,' Mike Pence says in Dayton-area speech

MORAINE, Ohio – For a guy who’s purportedly shied away from negative campaigning in his career, Indiana Gov. Mike Pence seemed to relish his role today as attack-dog-in-chief. The crowd of about 300 in a banquet hall near Dayton obliged Donald Trump’s running mate by frequently taking up the anti-Hillary Clinton chant of “Lock Her Up, Lock Her Up.” In his first post-convention public appearance in Ohio, Pence said “Ohio will loom large in this election, as you
