WAVERLY - A Waverly man has become a millionaire after playing Powerball.Bruce Ballard won a $2 million prize on March 31. After mandatory state and federal taxes totaling 28 percent, he will take home $1.44 million.The winning ticket was purchased at Ozzy's Drive Thru, 318 Emmitt Avenue.
