Water main break in Arena District causes traffic backup

COLUMBUS, Ohio -A water main break at Neil Avenue and Spruce Street in the Arena District in Columbus has caused a traffic mess Friday afternoon.The intersection of Neil Avenue and Spruce Street is closed as well as the ramp from I-670 EB to Neil Avenue.The Ohio Department of Transportation said southbound traffic on Neil Avenue has to take I-670 EB or Spruce Street.Neil Avenue is closed at Vine Street.For people who are headed to the Columbus Blue Jackets game, ODOT advises them to take 3rd Str
