Voters will sign electronic poll books at some precincts

Some Franklin County voters will sign in at their polling locations for Tuesday’s election using a stylus or their finger instead of a pen. Poll workers at three locations will use tablet computers to look up voter registrations instead of flipping through reams of paper records, continuing a test that expanded during the early-voting period.
