Voters overwhelmingly OK adding 2 council seats, dividing city into districts

On Tuesday, Columbus voters approved a city charter amendment to add two seats to the council and divide the city into districts while continuing to elect representatives citywide. Columbus Issue 3 passed with 75 percent of the vote, according to final, unofficial results from the Franklin County Board of Elections.
