Violence in state lockups down since 2011, report says

COLUMBUS, Ohio — A legislative oversight committee says Ohio prison violence is down. The Dayton Daily News reported a Correctional Institution Inspection Committee report released Tuesday said violence has fallen nearly 12 percent after peaking five years ago.
