Victims of Ohio State Fair ride malfunction identified

Ohio State Highway Patrol announced the victims from the malfunctioning ride at the state fair Wednesday.Tyler Jarrell, 18, of Columbus, Ohio, was pronounced dead at the fairgrounds, according to a media release.
