Verdict against juvenile judge upheld

CINCINNATI — A three-judge state appeals court panel upheld on Friday the 2014 conviction of a suspended juvenile court judge on a charge of unlawful interest in a public contract involving her brother. The 1st District Court of Appeals ruled against Judge Tracie Hunter’s contentions of prosecutorial misconduct during closing arguments and improper polling of the jury.
