Vandals damage grave sites at Green Lawn Cemetery

Two vandals joy-riding in a stolen dump truck drove over and damaged dozens of headstones and grave sites last week at historic Green Lawn Cemetery. Franklin County deputies said the damage occurred about 9 p.m. Thursday, when two young men, possibly teens, found a dump truck in which a cemetery employee inadvertently had left the keys.
