Utica woman killed in Licking County crash

A 60-year-old woman was killed in a crash involving a semi and two other vehicles Monday afternoon in Licking County. Rosanne Parkinson, of Utica, was pronounced dead at the scene, shortly after 12:40 p.m., according to a news release from the State Highway Patrol's Granville post.
