U.S. to make condolence payments for Doctors Without Borders strike

The Pentagon said Saturday it would offer "condolence payments" to survivors and families of those killed in an airstrike on a Doctors Without Borders hospital in Afghanistan. The Oct. 3 strike in the northern city of Kunduz killed at least 22 people.
