US-23 South closed at Downing Rd due to a semi on its side

DELAWARE - Ohio State Highway patrol is on the scene of a semi-truck on its side at US Route 23 at Downing Road.According to OSP, this intersection is currently closed and re-routing traffic to Troutman Road.The Ohio Department of Transportation is assisting OSP and they believe it will be closed for several hours.No injuries were reported at this time.Stay with 10TV and 10TV.com for updates.
