US-23 South at Downing Rd re-opens after semi was on its side

DELAWARE - Ohio State Highway patrol says US Route 23 at Downing Road is back open after a semi-truck was on its side blocking traffic.According to OSP, the crash happened Sunday morning and they had to re-route traffic to Troutman Road.The Ohio Department of Transportation helped assist OSP with the crash. No injuries were reported.
