Urban Meyer suspended for 3 games after investigation

Ohio State head football coach Urban Meyer has been suspended for the first three games of the 2018 season as a result of the investigation into his knowledge and handling of abuse allegations against former assistant coach Zach Smith.The university says Meyer will be suspended through September 2 and the games against Oregon State, Rutgers and TCU without pay. His first game back will be September 22 against Tulane.Athletic Director Gene Smith is suspended without pay from August 31-September 1
