Upper Arlington woman celebrates 108th birthday

For Carrie Rausch, age is just a number. “I never thought of it,” she said. “I just lived.” But Rausch’s age was certainly on the minds of the dozens of friends and family members who gathered Tuesday at Sunrise on the Scioto, an assisted living facility in Upper Arlington, to celebrate her 108th birthday.
