Upper Arlington votes unanimously to ban smoking in city parks

UPPER ARLINGTON - Upper Arlington City Council voted unanimously to ban smoking in all parks and playgrounds in a meeting Monday evening.The vote bans cigarettes, cigars, e-cigarettes and vaping devices in those areas.Upper Arlington may be the first of many communities to ban smoking in city parks.The city council in Delaware, Ohio also voted Monday night in favor of prohibiting smoking in city parks.Governor Mike DeWine's proposed budget will also put a limit on smoking statewide. His budget w
