Upper Arlington library puts renewal levy on fall ballot

The Upper Arlington Public Library will ask voters in November to approve a 2-mill renewal levy. According to the Franklin County auditor’s office, the renewal would cost Upper Arlington homeowners about $56 per $100,000 of home value and would generate approximately $3.15 million in its first year.
