Upper Arlington group seeks ouster of 4 council members

A group of Upper Arlington residents filed 3,000 signatures Friday seeking to remove four of the city's seven council members. The group seeks to oust Council President Deborah Johnson, as well as Councilmen David Decapua, Kip Greenhill and John Adams. The residents are upset at what they consider the secretive way council has handled the renovation of the city's Northam Park.
