Upper Arlington group seeks ouster of 4 concil members

A group of Upper Arlington residents filed 3,000 signatures Friday seeking to remove four of the city's seven council members. The group seeks to oust Council President Deborah Johnson, as well as Councilmen David Decapua, Kip Greenhill and John Adams.
