Upper Arlington council members fight recall effort

After a citizen’s group filed a petition in June to oust four Upper Arlington council members, the officials are fighting back. They’ve formed their own group, “Believe in UA,” to refute what they say is disinformation from the citizens group while fighting to keep their seats.
