University District seeks input on beautification plans

New public art in the University District could be sculptures and murals. But it also could be music. Or poetry readings. That’s what the University District Organization’s public initiative will try to figure out. The University District Arts & Character Enhancement Plan will be discussed at an open house from 6 to 8 p.m. Tuesday at the Indianola Church of Christ, 2141 Indianola Ave.
