University District apartment project approved in smaller format

The main building of the View on Pavey Square apartment project will now have five stories, not six. That will mean fewer apartments and bedrooms than originally planned. But it is going to be built. The University Area Review Board gave conceptual approval to the project Thursday night, a project that nearby residents have fought at board meetings throughout the year.
