Union: State 'knowingly endangered health' of Rhodes Tower workers

The largest state employee union has filed a grievance alleging the state "knowingly endangered the health and safety" of 3,000 employees by failing to notify Rhodes Tower workers that a colleague had contracted Legionnaires' disease.
