Unemployment rate climbs as Ohioans jump back into the labor force

Ohio's jobless rate rose to its highest level in a year in March as huge number of people began looking for work and not all of them had success. The rate climbed to 5.1 percent last month from a revised 5 percent in February, the Ohio Department of Job and Family Services said this morning.
