Two tax issues placed on March ballot in Delaware County

Delaware County voters will decide two tax issues in March: a renewal levy for developmental disabilities, and a hotel bed tax to pay for upgrades at the Delaware County Fairgrounds. And the Buckeye Valley school district has learned that the vote on a bond issue that the district had on this month’s ballot is now a tie, with 3,312 votes both for and against it. The bond issue would finance construction of two elementary schools.
