Two Newark officers arrested in unrelated incidents

Two off-duty Newark police officers were arrested overnight in separate, unrelated incidents in Licking County. Timothy Hansel, a seven-year employee charged with domestic violence, and Dale Queen, a 22-year employee charged with assault, are now both on paid administrative leave pending the outcome of both criminal investigations, according to a news release from the department.
